ORDERING

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend process on the following Monday and ship in 2-3 business days.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped.

PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to ehrowstudios.com

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact support@ehrowstudios.com with your name and order number for more information.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

SHIPPING

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days
Standard - Delivery in 3 to 4 Business Days
Express - Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS
Overnight - Order must be placed before noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery next day via UPS

Please expect a processing time of 1 business day for orders placed with standard and economy shipping.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary.

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

You can use your order number and email address or your tracking number sent via email.

Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if item(s) from your order are shipping separately.

If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@ehrowstudios.com

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After 5 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact support@ehrowstudios.com for assistance.

Please note, EHROW STUDIOS is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed.

EHROW STUDIOS orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

RETURNS

At this time, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review and address the issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

To report an issue, please email us at support@ehrowstudios.com with your name, order number and photos of the item in question.

We kindly encourage you to review all size charts carefully, located on each product page, before making your purchase.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at EHROW STUDIOS discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.

In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. EHROW STUDIOS' practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
